1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AEY Solutions website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
This website provides information about AEY Solutions, our software solutions, and our Pharmacy POS System. It allows visitors to request a demonstration or contact us about pricing, custom features, or optional services.
The website does not provide an online checkout. Requesting a demonstration or submitting a form does not create a binding contract or guarantee that a product or service will be provided.
3. Pricing and packages
Published prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and describe the packages listed on the website at the time of publication.
The core POS licence is a one-time payment for lifetime usage of the core software, as described in the relevant package. It is not a recurring subscription for the core software.
The PKR 30,000 package includes six months of complimentary AI services. After that period, AI services are optional at PKR 10,000 per month and can be cancelled anytime. AI services are not included in the PKR 20,000 package.
Cloud storage is an optional service quoted separately and is not included in the PKR 20,000 or PKR 30,000 packages. Custom development is quoted separately based on the agreed scope.
We may update published pricing or package details. The terms confirmed in a written quotation or proposal for your specific engagement will apply.
4. Demo requests and inquiries
When you submit a demo request, you agree to provide accurate contact and business information so that we can respond. We may contact you using the phone, WhatsApp number, or email address you provide.
A demonstration is subject to availability and to agreeing a suitable time. A demo request does not obligate either party to proceed with a purchase.
5. Software licence and intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, branding, graphics, and code, is owned by AEY Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission.
Software licence rights, including the scope of the lifetime usage licence, are governed by the separate licence or agreement provided with the software. The website does not itself grant a software licence.
AI services, cloud storage, and custom development may be subject to separate terms, subscription terms, or statements of work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the website or its infrastructure, submitting false or spam inquiries, scraping content at scale, or using the website for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
Website content is provided for general information. Dashboard images and product previews on this website are illustrative and use sample data. They are not a guarantee of specific screens, figures, or capabilities.
Actual software capabilities, implementation scope, support arrangements, and commercial terms are confirmed in the relevant quotation, licence, or written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AEY Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms or the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
